المعاينة عند الاستلام
تقدر تعاين المنتج وقت وصول مندوب الشحن قبل ما تستلم. لو المقاس أو اللون مش مناسب، تقدر تغيّره أو ترجعه وقت المعاينة فقط، ويتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.

يرجى مراجعة جدول المقاسات الموجود على صفحة كل منتج قبل إتمام الطلب، للتأكد من اختيار المقاس الصحيح.

Within Cairo: 2 to 5 business days.
Other governorates: 3 to 7 business days.
Inspection on Delivery
You can inspect your order when the courier arrives, before accepting it. If the size or color doesn't work for you, you can change or return it at the time of inspection only, and the customer covers the shipping fee.

الاستبدال والاسترجاع بعد الاستلام
لديك 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع ضد عيوب الصناعة فقط، وهي:
- مشكلة في الخامة.
- مشكلة في التفصيل.
- ظهور وبر أو أي تغيّر أو مشكلة في المنتج بعد الغسيل (مع الغسيل حسب التعليمات الموجودة على الليبل).
في هذه الحالات تيتوز تتحمل تكاليف الشحن.
غير متاح بعد الاستلام
الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بسبب المقاس أو اللون أو تغيير الرأي غير متاح بعد الاستلام، ومتاح فقط وقت المعاينة عند وصول مندوب الشحن (والشحن على العميل).

Returns & Exchanges After Delivery
You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or return for manufacturing defects only, which are:
- A problem with the fabric.
- A problem with the tailoring.
- Pilling, or any change or problem in the product after washing (washed as described on the care label).
In these cases, TITO'S covers the shipping cost.
Not Available After Delivery
Exchanges or returns for size, color, or change of mind are not available after delivery. They are available only at the time of inspection when the courier arrives (shipping fee paid by the customer).
